✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In the original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited Edition or Artist Collaboration Ducks
  • Event giveaways, promotional, or custom orders
  • Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged in transit.
  • Exchanges are for the same product only (subject to availability).
  • To start an exchange, email us at returns@jeep-ducks.com with photos of the damage.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs are your responsibility.

📦 Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to:
    Return address indicated on your order confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

❌ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank/credit card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
  3. If you’ve done the above and still don’t see a refund, contact us at returns@jeep-ducks.com.

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return once received.
  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds go to the original purchaser.
